Payment Methods
 If you are interested in purchasing used parts/cars from Cam Suzuki, you may do so by calling us on 01422 245145 or visit our ebay shop. We accept Master-card, Visa, Maestro, Switch and Solo and most other major cards. We also accept PAY-PAL as a payment method.
If you use a debit / credit card, or paypal your order will be shipped immediately. We use a 1 - 2 working day parcel delivery service, larger items that need to be palletised may take 2 - 3 working days to arrive.

All of our used parts come with a 60 day warranty unless otherwise stated on your invoice. For a warranty claim to be made you must contact us by calling 01274 830179. You need to supply us with your name, address and telephone number also the invoice date and number. Once you have processed a warranty claim we will check our record's and give you a call back. If you are within the 60 day warranty period we will ask you to return the part(s). Parts must be returned in the condition in what they arrived to you failure to do so will result in no refund. Once you have returned the part(s) we will check that our mark which is placed on all parts is still in place if the mark has been removed or is not visible a refund will not be issued. If the parts have be tampered with or dismantled a refund will not be issued. We will not refund if parts have been fit incorrectly, all parts must be fitted by a qualified mechanic. All parts that contain oil need new clean oil and filter when fitted, all engines must be fitted with a new timing belt or chain failure to comply will result in no refund. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct part for there vehicle. In cases were parts may vary we need a part number to match up. We will only refund money or credit your card / account if we don't have a suitable replacement in stock no exchange of money will occur if we are able to replace the part. We do not refund for any time or labour charges. We do not refund any costs to returnparts it is the customers responsibility to return the part. Parts that are damaged in transit must not be signed for parts must be inspected on delivery and refused if unsatisfactory, parts that are signed for can not be returned if they are damaged or broken. Our couriers DO NOT provide insurance for glass items although we do well package fragile items such as glass but no refund can be issued if glass is broken or damaged. Our parts are supplied for road use on standered road cars and not for competition, off road use on modified cars. If parts are damaged due to neglect or incorrect fitment no refund will be issued.

Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
